I have a deep passion for table tennis, a sport I first encountered during my student years. My initiation involved regular visits to a nearby park after school, where I honed my skills through daily practice sessions with a friend. Over time, I mastered the rules and fundamentals, evolving into a proficient player. Currently, I engage in table tennis at least twice a week, either in the morning or evening. This activity serves as a captivating stress-reliever, while also contributing to maintaining my physical fitness and overall health. Moreover, I've discovered that table tennis offers cognitive benefits, sharpening concentration and alertness, promoting strategic thinking, enhancing hand-eye coordination, and providing a dose of aerobic exercise. Despite my apartment's spatial limitations, my dream includes owning a dedicated gym room with a table tennis table, allowing me to indulge my passion even further.
